White Size 12 Mermaid Dress by Casa Blanca Style 1874

Gorgeous gown--Style 1874, Catalog cover from Casa Blanca collection--Thick Ivory satin with sheer embroidered lace overlay presents an elegant and graceful silhouette with just enough sparkle in the camera flash or candlelight for that Magical Moment.

Neckline is "square" ~rounded where it counts for a fuller bustline while maintaining the sophisticated lines of a square neck.

Bodice is built to hold your Girls in while showing just enough but not too much cleavage. Intricate Beading strategically narrows and flares in the right places, flattering your hourglass waist and hips. Beading continues down the length of the gown in straight slimming "vines" softened by the strategically placed embroidered flowers as well as the curve and gentle flare of the mermaid style.

Hem is a scalloped-edge finish to the lace overlay, which extends in back to make a semi-chapel Train (longer than chapel, shorter than "full"), complete with Bustle button and loop.

Back is also square cut, low enough to show pretty angel bones but high enough to hold you in when you bend over and cover any undergarments you might choose.

Sleeves were originally long (3/4) made of same lace overlay.

Dress was customized removing sleeves and reusing that lace as drop sleeves just below shoulder (both ways are shown in pics). Sleeve lace was not altered, only removed, and could easily be re-attached as sleeves if desired.

Waist was brought in, but fabric remains to let out if desired.

Hollow to Hem alteration is 57.5" in front center, gradually re-joining rear hem and train at original length of 59.5"

Color is designated as "Rose Gold" and references the embroidery on the lace overlay. Dress is constructed of Ivory satin.

Worn once, dry cleaned by specialty cleaner and stored safely.
