Miss Universe 2021 is Harnaaz Sandhu of India! This queen was crowned on December 12, 2021, during the 70th annual Miss Universe pageant.

Each and every contestant shined on stage, especially during the evening gown competition, but sixteen of them stood out the most. The Top 16 at Miss Universe 2021 consisted of Colombia, Philippines, Great Britain, USA, Aruba, Japan, Panama, India, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, France, Vietnam, Paraguay, The Bahamas, and South Africa!

After watching these queens strut their stuff during the swimsuit competition the Top 10 finalists were announced! We watched India, USA, Aruba, The Bahamas, Colombia, South Africa, Paraguay, France, the Philippines, and Puerto Rico get called into those top spots. These titleholders dashed backstage to change into their evening gowns and the intense competition continued!

Confidence is key during the evening gown competition and each queen brought her A-game! Although they were each more than deserving, India, Colombia, Paraguay, South Africa, and the Philippines made it into the Top 5. The question and answer portion came next, giving these ladies a chance to speak with the final judges.

Steve Harvey then announced the Top 3: South Africa, India, and Paraguay! In the end, the second runner-up was Lalela Mcwane of South Africa, the first runner-up was Nadia Ferreira of Paraguay, and the winner was Harnaaz Sandhu of India.
